This website is owned by the Woodland Trust, therefore all of the Content featured or displayed on this website is owned by the Woodland Trust and its content providers.

Access to and use of the woodlandpictures website (including all of its contents) is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and the Woodland Trust makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the information or material on the website.

Use of this website constitutes acceptance by the User to these Terms and the Woodland Trust reserves the right to add or change these Terms at any time. It is the Users responsibility to refer to and comply with these Terms on accessing and using the website. Except as specifically permitted under this and the Licensing Terms & Conditions Agreement, no portion or element of this website or its Content may be copied or transmitted via any means unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Woodland Trust.

Rights Granted / Right Reserved
Except as otherwise set out in these Terms, the Content of this website is provided to the User solely for the Users review for individual or business research for proposed purchase of such provided Content.

The User may download, copy and/or print for use a single copy of any Low Resolution Large Watermarked Jpg Image available on this website as a sample for positional and layout purposes either in documents or to show clients for a maximum of 30 days only if in connection with the above review for individual or business research for proposed purchase of the Image(s), provided that this Image is not used for any other purpose, including but not limited to publication, reproduction or transmission.

The use or holding of any watermarked Low Resolution Large Jpg Image for purposes other than as a sample for positional or layout for more than 30 days from the date a copy is downloaded, will be deemed a breach of the Terms.

General
This Agreement may not be assigned by either party to any other person nor may either party sub-contract any of its obligations to any other person without in either case the prior consent of the other.

The failure of any party to enforce any provision on any one occasion shall not affect its right to enforce another provision or the same provision on another occasion.

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership or the relationship of principal and agent between the parties and You shall have no right or authority to bind or to make any representation or warranty on behalf of Us.

If any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable or renders the Agreement or any part of it void or unenforceable then that provision shall be severable from the remainder of the Agreement which shall continue in force and be construed as if such provision had never been contained therein

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of England and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts

User Data
All Customer’s details are held in accordance with the woodlandpicture’s Privacy Policy.

Suspension
The Woodland Trust reserves the right to suspend your access to any of the Woodland Trust’s Websites, where applicable, for any reason at the absolute discretion of the Woodland Trust.

Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at woodlandpictures/Woodland Trust Picture Library, The Woodland Trust, Autumn Park, Dysart Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 6LL.
